The
hotel operates on bed and breakfast, half
board and full board bases. The
restaurant caters
for both the residents and an extensive
local clientele who have come to associate
it with exquisite informal dining. The restaurant,
which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner,
is renowned for its local cuisine, excellent
fresh local seafood platters and a good
variety of a la carte dishes, while also
offering snacks, pizzas and sandwiches for
the younger generation. Local fresh fruit
in season, Ice-cream, and a variety of cakes
and tarts are available as a sweet treat
after each meal while a wide array of local
and international vintage wines are also
available to accompany the various dishes
and suit the palate of all types of clientele
while also ascertaining good value for money.
Breakfast consists of a continental type
spread, with fresh fruit in season, an assortment
of breads and cakes, various cheeses, cereal,
local conserves, honey, fresh fruit juices,
coffee, tea, hot chocolate and milk. A variety
of yoghurt and a cooked English style breakfast
may be prepared on request from the chef. |
